All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Discreet shipping, your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope without advertisements displayed outside. Please allow 7 days for delivery. Signature is required.
All credit card statements will show ETP for your payment.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE: Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped you will receive another email stating your package has been shipped including the USPS tracking number.
REFUNDS and RETURNS POLICIES: Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If the original packaging and seal is intact, you may return the product within 14 days from date of purchase for a merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty items. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

Customer service will issue you an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number to write on your invoice (which will serve as your return form). Your return shipment must be shipped within 15 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
On the Invoice/Return Form section, fill in the RMA number (given to you by the Customer Service Rep) in the Code Column next to the item(s) you're returning. Fill in the Return Quantiy next to the the items you are returning. Fill out the return address and include this form inside the box with the merchandise you wish to return.
